Notes
1. The General Contractor shall provide the layout, design
and technical specifications for the building electrical system,
office area lighting, telephone, communication system, and the
HVAC. This shollinclude the meter socket, load center, light
switches, receptacles, exit signs, exterior wallmount fixtures,
restroom ceiling fans, occupancy sensors, and dimmer switches.
See additional Mechanical and Electrical Requirements on Sheet 5.
2. The completed systems shall be furnished and installed in
order to be able to obtain a Building Occupancy Permit, be in
accordance with the latest edition of the Notional Electrical Code,
and all other applicable local and state code requirements.
