This letter is provided as a response to the comments dated March 2, 2020, regarding the subject
project. All comments are addressed as follows:
1. Energy calc is not stamped and dated reviewed and approved by the design
professional in charge. Energy Calculations have been updated with FOR stamp.
2. Manual J is not stamped and dated reviewed and approved by the design professional
in charge. Manual 1 has been updated with FOR stamp.
3. Truss drawings and engineering is not stamped and dated reviewed and approved by
the design professional in charge. Sheet S2.1 has been updated
4. Please see site work note 1 on page GN. Please submit site geotechnical report for
review. See section 107 of the 2017 Florida Building Code. Contractor to provide.
Sheet S0.1 has been updated.
5. Pursuant to FBC-Residential 6th edition section 107 submitted product approval
affidavit is incomplete. Does not specify the complete product approval number to be
used and some are missing the revision number. Sheet S0.1 has been updated.
