We are in receipt of your submittal in which you are requesting approval to add a
sunroom and shed.
After review, the Architectural Control Committee has approved your request. The
shed must be framed up to the roof and constructed of the same materials and color as
the mobile home. Also, please note that wall air conditioner units are not allowed.
