Scope of Work: Reconvert Carport, New Flooring and Water Heater Change Out
1. Remove "extra" Section of carport, Including dumpsters and haul
away
2. Convert Converted garage back to original garage per updated code.
3. Install Laminate flooring approximately 1700 Sq Ft.
4. Remove and replace water heater
5. Pull all Necessary Permits
Total Price: Ten Thousand Dollars ....................... $ 18,000
Terms and Conditions
Contractor warrants labor for a period of 7 years from date of installation providing that no sums are due under this agreement.
Warranty becomes void due to hurricane or acts of God. No statement, representation or agreement, written or verbal, not appearing
upon the face of this agreement shall be binding upon the parties hereto.
The client agrees to pay for reasonable attorneys fees in the event the contractor has to retain an attorney to collect any sums due
under this contract whether or not a lawsuit is filed.
All balances due under this agreement shall bear interest rate at 18% per annum and unless otherwise stated. All balances become
due and payable immediately upon completion of work.
The client is responsible for any loss of materials once they have been installed. The owner is responsible for carrying proper
insurance.
The client will not hold the contractor responsible for any items that are damaged on site which occurred prior to construction or that
are pointed out to owner as a potential problem.
Contractor reserves the right to lien property if not paid the agreed to price.
Contractor is not responsible for exisG,�,y code violations or hidden defects that are not covereu -iuer this agreement.
Modifications must be made using a change order only and must be signed by both parties.
Note: this proposal may be withdrawn if not accepted within 30 days.
Contractor warrants that upon completion of the Work, it shall comply with any and all applicable national, state, county and municipal
codes, ordinances and regulations and the Florida Building Code 2017,6th edition and all amendments.
