Dear Sir/Madam:
Please find attached the following documents addressing the comments issued on the
referenced building permit:
1. 4 Subcontractor Agreements;
2. Revised Certificate for Design Load Compliance;
3. Site Plan with finished floor elevation, elevation of centerline of adjacent roadway
and dimensions of the driveway;
4. 2 approved surveys from the health department;
5. 2 approved floor plans from the health department;
6. Approved well permit; and
7. Approved septic permit.
I will resubmit the shed permit after this permit is issued. The Vegetation Permit
Application was submitted at the same as the building permit. It is my understanding
that the driveway permit is to be applied for after the building permit is issued.
