The site plan meets all setback requirements, includes two 8' x 18' parking spaces, and is approved by the Association subject to the boundaries and property pins being marked by a surveyor prior to installation of the pavers. A final survey must be provided after installation to assure all boundaries are adhered to. The pavers may be installed so long as drainage of water shed from paver installation does not adversely affect neighboring properties. You must provide the Association with a copy of the St. Lucie County Building permit and any changes to the site plan must be submitted to Nettles Island. Please adhere to all Nettles Island governing documents including, but not limited to, the Nettles Island Procedures Governing Contractor and Building Activity on Nettles Island and provide us with a copy of the permit prior to commencing construction. Removal of pavers for repairs to any utilities will be the responsibility of the unit owners. Also, please be advised that all Architectural approvals issued by Nettles Island are valid for six (6) months. If additional time is needed, owners must submit supporting documentation to request an additional six (6) months.
