We have addressed the comments for the above referenced project (Permit# 2001-0070).
Please see response below:
1. Revised the wind speed on the wind load certification.
2. Included the deck on the drawings. To be rebuilt per plan.
3. Deck will be open therefore no flood vents required.

1) Please provide a true size copy of the plot plan submitted. The plot plan indicated to be scaling to 1/8"=1' but is
not scaling at all. We are not able to check dimensions.
2) copies of True to size plot plans attached,,�Oe-
2) Plans indicate deck is existing. Property appraiser records indicate a 4' x 4' deck. The after the fact picture from the
code enforcement officer clearly shows a larger deck than 4' x 4'.
Signed and sealed drawings for deck modification provided.
