The pavers may be installed so long as drainage of water shed from paver installation does not adversely affect neighboring properties. Please adhere to all Nettles Island governing documents including, but not limited to the Nettles Island Procedures Governing Contractor and Building Activity on Nettles Island. Removal of pavers for repairs to any utilities will be the responsibility of the unit owners. The Association would like to suggest you contact FPL, Comcast, and ATT and inquire about adding conduit for future utility repairs or replacement. Please be advised that Blue Stream will be installing fiber optic cable to each unit between now and next year. If they encounter pavers on individual units, which need to be removed to provide a small trench for installation, then Blue Stream will remove and reinstall pavers at a cost to the unit owner of $1 per foot. All Architectural approvals issued by Nettles Island are valid for six (6) months. If additional time is needed, owners must submit supporting documentation to request an additional six (6) months.
