Note: Properties zoned AG-5 and AG-2.5.require an administrative review and decision
by the Planning and Development Services Director for compliance with standards
of review as stated in Section 11.05.02 of the LDC. After a review and a
determination of compliance, all real property owners within 500 feet of the subject
property are noted of the Director's decision to issue the permit If there are no
written objections by the property owners within the notification area within
fourteen (14) calendar days of receiving such notice, the permit shall be issued.
If any written objection is obtained, the application shall be scheduled for a public
hearing on the next available Board of County Commissioners meeting for final
review and a decision. The applicant shall be responsible for the balance of the
application fees and other related costs associated with the public hearing (legal
advertisement, mailing notices, public notice sign, etc.).
All other agricultural and residential zoned properties that allow single family
homes as a permitted use require an administrative review, public hearing and a
final decision by the Board of County Commissioners. The applicant shall be

The limits of any jurisdictional wetlands; locations of all native trees meeting the minimum
sizes outlined in Chapter 6; the results of any required listed species surveys; and an
identification of what areas will be impacted by the proposed development activity and
what areas are proposed for protection/preservation, with plans for mitigation per Chapter
6, if applicable.
