SEE SECTION 508 FOR REQUIREMENTS ON MIXED USE OCCUPANCIES. SHOW COMPLIANCE ON THE PLANS. A5b. See sheet A-1 for corrections. We are considering these spaces as nonseparated occupancies and applyng the regulation as per section 508.3 of the FBC 2017 6th edition. Q7. CONFIRM THE CORRECT NUMBER OF EXITS ARE PROVIDED FOR THE OCCUPANTS IN THE IN THE SERVICE AREA PLUS THE MEZZANINE. (1006) A7. As per table 1006.2.1 one exit is acceptable for “F” occupancy since occupant load is less than 49 and common path of travel of 100’ max. Q8. PLEASE SHOW HOW THE RESTROOMS COMPLY WITH THE ADA SECTION (202.1) A8. This section of code doesn’t apply to this project. There will be no addition nor alteration to the existing space.
