11, Since permitting fees vary among governing bodies, the cost for permits, elevation certificates, notices of commence-
ment, insurance assignment fees and HOAlcounty/city processing fees and engineering fees will be added to the final
payment. Administrative and inspection fees range between $ 200-250, permit fees range are $ 75.00-$ 325.00 and
elevation certificates are $ 175.00 if site is in a floodplain. Large HOA deposits will be the customer's responsibility.
12. Completion will be as soon as possible and approximately W180 days after we receive the permit from your
building department (To avoid expiration, you agree that we can apply for your permit within 30 days of the
generator delivery at USGenerator.) Completion time could be significantly shorter or longer caused by vari-
ables beyond our control such as, but not limited to: factory backlog, fuel type, availability of critical C?Mpo-

The purchaser understands that USGenerator, Inc. is a licensed natural gas and propane generator
specialty installer and electrical contractor and will be scheduling the various phases of the system
integration. A 50% non-refundable down payment is required upon signing this agreement. An addi-
tional 30% is due upon delivery of the generator to the job site. The balance plus cost of all fees is
due immediately upon your generator passing inspection from the building department. These pay-
ment schedules may be amended by fetter of agreement for builders. This price does not in-
clude a ro ane / natural gas fuels stem or initial fill for diesel units customers shall contact the

these components and you will be billed by your fuel supplier. Your initial deposit is fully refundable
for the following reasons: 1.) Homeowners association or property management, if applicable, will

USGenerator Residential Proposal & Price Guide Worksheet
1. Delivery of the generator to the job site & cost of heavy. crane or other specialized equipment.
2. Preparing the site and placing the generator (attached to the composite mounting pad if appli-
cable) and a flood plain compliant concrete, rebar and fiberglass reinforced pad according to
manufacturer's specifications.
3. installing a grounding rod and grounding strip if required by local code.
4. Mounting electrical connection to the outside of your house & electrical permits obtained by
contractor. Cost of permits and other certificates varies widely among municipalities and will
be added to final payment. (Costs can range from $ 75.00 to $ 750.00)
5. Mounting the automatic transfer switch(es) with built in emergency load center or direct feed to
existing house panel with whole house transfer switch on a customer approved location which
complies with all codes and specifications. (Both 200 amp panels will be powered)
6. Providing and installing the appropriate electrical control hardware for the system being in-
stalled. Whole panel transfer or partial panel transfer. Circle / underline one.
7. Connecting up the circuits specified by the customer.
8. Routing the required conduit along unfinished walls and or ceilings, if applicable, and connect-
ing the conduit to the external junction box and performing the wire terminal connections.
9. Providing and installing a starting battery in the generator that meets or exceeds factory speci-
fications.
10. Performing the post installation electrical tests and operational run-in. Note: Liquid cooled en-
gines are broken in at the factory.
11. Application of corrosion prevention coating on the sound attenuated generator housing.
