Energized Electric is pleased to quote on your new generator Purchase & installation:
Energized Electric hereby agrees to furnish all labor and materials necessary for the completion of
services as specified below:
1) Supply and Install (1) 22,000 watt Generac generator model #7043 with W1-Fi
enabled monitoring device
2) Supply and install (1) 200 amp service entrance rated automatic transfer switch
with (3) load sharing modules if needed
3) Supply preformed concrete slab
4) Price includes 50` extended service
5) Deliver and set generator in place
6) Includes labor, battery for generator, materials, and permitting
7) Start up and test
8) Price includes 7 year extended warranty
9) Price includes 1st year silver maintenance
NOTE: Gas is quoted on a separate proposal (Gas work to be done by Thompson Gas)
NOTE: Energized Electric is NOT responsible for grass that dies or landscaping that has to be
replaced for proper installation of conduits. If replacement of sod is requested Energized
Electric will re lace install up to 100 SO feet of sod for $395.00

Charges & Payments: Charges are due in full at time services are rendered unless otherwise stated below. Contractor may
charge and customer agrees to pay a late fee for all past due payments, such fees not to exceed the maximum allowed rate by
applicable law. Customer shall be responsible and agrees to pay for all charges billed, applicable taxes, applicable legal fees and
other charges/fees.

This agreement shall be construed under the laws of the State of Florida. This agreement contains the entire understanding of the parties and supersedes all previous verbal or
written agreements: there are no other agreements, representations or warranties not set forth herein. If any conflicts exist in this agreement between terms which are printed
and those which are typed or written, the typed or written language shall govern.

If additional load sheds are required, they will be an additional $189.00 each
Proposal does NOT include disconnecting and reinstalling solar systems. Additional charges will
apply if solar systems are installed and fed from the load side of the automatic transfer switch.
Energized Electric recommends homeowner let the solar company know about the generator
system being installed
Energized Electric supplied labor and electric material are warrantied for (1) year from date of
final inspection or completion. If no permits were required, the equipment and parts are per
manufacturer's warranty volicv
Energized Electric is NOT responsible for water or sewer line repairs, and will not be responsible
for broken water or sewer lines that occur during the installation process
FLOOD ZONE PROPERTIES.
Customer is responsible for any additional cost for elevated concrete slabs and
the cost of engineering for the elevation certificate if required by building
department
$395.00 of the initial deposit is NON REFUNDABLE if customer cancels after signing this contract
for any reason. No refunds will be given at all after permits have been applied for or installation
begins
A site survey of your property showing property lines is required to pull a permit. please provide
along with this signed proposal
Customer will be responsible for getting approval from their H.O.A or P.O.A Energized will not be
liable for customer not obtaining final approval
Energized electric is not responsible for any delays due to F.P.L. or any electric service prove e -r
for shutdowns. Energized Electric will not be responsible for any delays caused by product
shortage, availability of materials or weather delays
Price does not include a sure start or hard start if required for A/C. Additional charges will apply
if required.
