1. CONSTRUCTION IS TO COMPLY WITH THE REQUIREMENTS OF THE GOVERNING BUILDING CODE AND ALL OTHER APPLICABLE
FEDERAL, STATE, LOCAL CODES, STANDARDS, REGULATIONS AND LAW. THE GOVERNING CODE FOR THIS PROJECT IS THE
FLORIDA BUILDING CODE 2017 (EXISTING BUILDING).
2. THE STRUCTURE IS DESIGNED TO BE STRUCTURALLY SOUND WHEN COMPLETED.
PRIOR TO COMPLETION, THE CONTRACTOR IS RESPONSIBLE FOR STABILITY
AND TEMPORARY BRACING OR SUPPORT.
