Please be advised that I, Javier Cisneros, am the engineer of the record for the Cicio Residential
Construction project to be located at 1807 Hazelwood Drive, Fort Pierce, Florida; St. Lucie County
Permit Number 2005-0519. Please see response(s) for comments dated 6-2-2020:
- Comment: "Provide the size of arched beam over sliding door"
c Response: The beam above the sliding door is a 16'8"x8"x8"concrete lintel and
spans over the sliding door on bearing walls. This provides a pocket when the
sliding door is fully open. The lintel is noted as L11 on Page A.02. The window
above the sliding door is noted as W12 on Page A.10.
