We propose to furnish all labor and material to remodel your MASTER BATHROOM. Our price
for this work is $37,000.00 and includes the following:
1. Designs and planning
2. Labor and cost of permitting
3. Job supervision
4. Floor and dust protection
5. Demo:
Remove &/or Dispose:
Bathroom cabinets, medicine cabinets, counter tops, all plumbing (toilet, tub, sink
fixtures and shower fixtures), all shower the & shower walls. Remove tub & the behind
tub, toilet accessories, & mirrors. Remove valances above all windows. Remove toekick
lighting & outlets. Remove baseboard.
Reuse: Toilet & All grab bars
Keep/Do not touch: Can lighting, tile flooring, closet & entrance doors & casing, & blinds

Install wedi shower wall panels & waterproof. Shower liner to be used as barrier free
pan.
Install shower niche's:
16"x 16" (12"x12" after tile) located on same wall as foot triangle ledge (better bench)
16"x 48" (12"x38" after tile) cut down to allow for: (2x sections @ 12" high & 1 section
@ 4" high) all vertical on valve wall
