The Buyer acknowledges that the Contractor shall have the authority to increase the contract charge for any changes made after final measurements on the job. The
Buyer agrees to provide 50% deposit upon execution of this Contract; 40% (paid to installers) upon delivery of materials; and 10% (paid to installers) at completion
of installation. Failure to provide payment due at installation will result in cancellation of installation and an additional $50.00 trip charge. Buyer shall provide an ac-

IS MADE, YOUR CONTRACTOR IS REQUIRED TO PROVIDE YOU WITH A WRITTEN RELEASE OF LIEN FROM ANY PERSON OR COMPANY THAT HAS PROVIDED TO YOU A
'NOTICE TO OWNER. FLORIDA'S CONSTRUCTION LIEN LAW IS COMPLEX AND IT IS RECOMMENDED THAT YOU CONSULT AN ATTORNEY.
BUYER'S RIGHT TO CANCEL. Pursuant to Section 501.025, Fla. Stat., this is a home solicitation sale, and if you do not want the goods or services, you may cancel this
agreement by providing written notice to the Contractor, in person, by telegram, or by mail. This notice must indicate that you do not want the goods or services and must
be delivered or post marked before midnight on the third business day after you signed the Agreement. If you cancel this Agreement, Contractor may not keep all or part
of any cash down payment. However, after the aforesaid time period, if Buyer defaults or terminates this Agreement, then Contractor shall be entitled to keep all or part
of the down payment as set forth in the next paragraph. The parties acknowledge that Buyer has paid a down payment in part performance of an executory Agreement
and has authorized Contractor to use those funds to begin its performance on the project. The parties acknowledge that Contractor will suffer damages due to a default
or termination by the buyer in an amount, which cannot be ascertained with reasonable certainty on the Effective Date above. The parties agree that 54% of the total pur-
chase price is the approximate amount of overhead (including sales commissions, administrative expenses, engineering and permitting cost) and profit due Contractor
as consideration for this Agreement, and that said amount plus any monies actually expended for the purchase of materials to be used in this project plus permitting and
engineering fees, plus any monies expended on direct labor towards completion of the project is the agreed sum for damages that wi11 compensate Contractor in the event
of such default/termination. Buyer acknowledges that Contractor's agreement to lock -in the price for this CONTRACTPRICE 1g7�
Agreement and to forego other business opportunities, is adequate consideration for the obligations ! 7
undertaken herein. I/we have read both Page 1 and 2 (initial).
