Concrete Section Detail:
4" of 3,500 psi fiber mesh concrete
Subgrade Preparation: Investigate existing soils conditions to ensure existing soils drain
adequately and compact sufficiently to minimize the potential for cracking. Remove all rock,
vegetation and debris including any unsuitable soils / topsoil. Treat soil with approved sterilant
to prevent future growth.
Compact subgrade to not less than 95% maximum laboratory density
Slope: Finished court surfaces to have a cross-slope of 1%
Drainage - All surface drainage to be directed away from the court to ensure excessive moisture
is not allowed to accumulate under or around the playing surface
