Note: Contractor Insurance needs to be on file with the office. (General Liability & Workers
Compensation)
Agreement:
1. Alterationsrequiresubmission of drawing to scale.
2. Painting requires chips of both house and trim colors.
3. The Association is not responsible for determining if a Permit is requhed. obtaining Permits is the sole
responsibility of the homeowner or the persons doing the work requested In this application. if a Permit is
required, the homeowner must post the permit on saidproperty until the workis approved.
4. A site plan indicating the areas of work is required with dimensions.
5. Specifications of all material to be wed must be submitted.
6. The Association, the Developer and the. Management Company shell be held harmless from all liability
concerning this application.
7. Homeowner acknowledges that there will beno encroachment of casements or violations of the

8. 6 d meets monthly. Allow 40 days for response of approval or disc proved.

change form for Windmill Village by the Sea, minium No.1 includes the following condition:
No work is to begin until the amendments to the Association's governing documents, voted on and
passed at the Windmill Village by the Sea; Condominium No. 1 Annual Membership Meeting on
February 11, 2020, are recorded with the county of St. Lucie County, Florida. No date is forthcoming for
this approval.
The Association assumes no liability or costs for any portion of this work to include, but not limited to,
sales tax, fees, cha a or any other monetary responsibility.
