Good Morning Mr. Halter,
Unfortunately for us, I somehow did not see this email until this morning when it was brought to my attention that you
had sent it.
Luckily my boss is my dad, and he was not too hard on me, as we have been anxiously awaiting for this permit.
Thank you for taking the time to discuss with him a plan regarding the inspections of the hotel.
Per your discussion with Ron,we are going to contact the building department for a "preview" inspection on 3 sample
units to make sure that it satisfies codes and building department.
When we order our inspections, it will be for 10 rooms at a time. If the inspectors schedule allows for more rooms,we
welcome them to inspect more. We are appreciate to have the 10 at a time.
We are sending over to Deanna in permitting the sub agreement and we will be recording the NOC today and
forwarding her a copy as well.
Thank you again for your time this morning.
