Re: Demo, New Modular Home, Concrete Slab, and Pavers — Lot 83
Dear Mr. and Mrs. Wiersema,
The Association approves of your request to 1.) demo the existing dwelling on lot 83, 2.) install a new concrete
slab in the buildable portion and driveway, 3,) install a new modular home, 4,) and install pavers in the
remaining left and rear sides of the property. The site plan complies with the required setbacks, meets the two
vehicle parking space requirements and we have no objections. The pavers may be installed so long as drainage
of water shed from paver installation does not adversely affect neighboring properties.
Please adhere to all Nettles.lsland governing documents including, but not limited to the Nettles Island
Procedures Governing Contractor and Building Activity on Nettles Island and provide us with a copy of the
permit prior to commencing construction. Removal of pavers for repairs to any utilities will be the
responsibility of the unit owners. The Association would like to suggest you contact FPL, Comeast, and ATT
and inquire about adding conduit for future utility repairs or replacement. Also, please be advised that all
Architectural approvals issued by Nettles Island are valid for six (6) months. If additional time is needed,
owners must submit supporting documentation to request an additional six (6) months.
