Building Official:
Per the Florida Building Code, this letter is to inform you that the Contractor has, to the best of my
knowledge, completed the minor restoration work per the field walk-thru survey of 3115119 and the
Contractor's survey.
The Engineer has reviewed various progress photos. There was no structural work (no re -bar); all
work involved minor repairs, caulking, some stucco repair, etc.
My threshold building special inspector number is 2072; firm registration #26001.
