Good afternoon Ben,
Hope all is well! Based on what I'm seeing in the database, it looks like that permit expired on March 4, 2020.
Sydney are you aware off -hand of any CCCL applications or application site inspection requests from Tallahassee for the
below property. You may recognize this property, As you're driving north on A1A (North Hutchinson), a few miles before
Avalon SP, this property/house has been just a concrete shell for many years.
Thanks,
Jason

Jason,
Do you have a current FDEP permit for 5050 N A1A (Walpert, Mark)? I appreciate it in advance.

Thanks Debra,
Yes, you got the address correct. I spoke to Mr. Walpert this afternoon. We don't have any meetings scheduled just yet
but will let you know if/when we do. Mr. Walpert said he would send me an email when he secures a fill sample and is
ready to go. Given the long history here and multiple permits, permit numbers, etc, I thought it best to include all.
Thanks,
Jason

Thanks John,
I also cc'd Ben and Debra from the County. Looks like they're ok to go. I believe they have an permit with the county
until later this year and from us until 2020. When I reach out to the owner/builder for what I imagine to be a pre -con of
sorts I will also invite the County.
Thanks Ben for also looking into this. Q

Jason,
I recall that the county had approved the extension and I had adjusted the expiration date, but then the county called
and said their extension approval was made in error and asked me to reverse the expiration date change. I remember
telling Tony about the situation, but what happened after that I can't be sure about. I think we decided that once we
approved the extension we couldn't back track, and since it would be up to the county to approve the local permit, they
still had control over the project. If the county supports the project now, then it's good to go from our perspective.
Please let me know how the county responds after you touch base with them. Thanks,

Hi John,
Did you extend permit SL-296? If so, was there a Final Order or determination letter sent. I see in BCMS it has an
expiration date of 2020 now but didn't see any documentation in OCULUS. I know the County had concerns over this
project and additional extensions since it is taking so long. (2005). Currently, the home is still a concrete shell but the
contractor called on Friday and said he was ready to put fill around his foundation. Just want to be sure it's good before
scheduling a meeting. I'm going to all the County as well.
