I remember telling Tony about the situation, but what happened after that I can't be sure about. I think we decided that once we approved the extension we couldn't back track, and since it would be up to the county to approve the local permit, they still had control over the project. If the county supports the project now, then it's good to go from our perspective. Please let me know how the county responds after you touch base with them. If so, was there a Final Order or determination letter sent. I see in BCMS it has an expiration date of 2020 now but didn't see any documentation in OCULUS. I know the County had concerns over this project and additional extensions since it is taking so long. (2005). Currently, the home is still a concrete shell but the contractor called on Friday and said he was ready to put fill around his foundation. Just want to be sure it's good before scheduling a meeting.
