The survey indicates that all setbacks and parking requirements are met and your request is approved. Please be advised that you must meet all St. Lucie County permit requirements and the unit must have skirting consisting of material approved by St. Lucie County, in accordance with Nettles Island Contractor Rules, page 8, New Construction Policy #16. The pavers may be installed so long as drainage of water shed from paver installation does not adversely affect neighboring properties. Please adhere to all Nettles Island Procedures Governing Contractor and Building Activity on Nettles Island and provide us with a copy of the permit prior to commencing construction. Also, please be advised that all Architectural approvals issued by Nettles Island are valid for six (6) months. If additional time is needed, owners must submit supporting documentation to request an additional six (6) months.
