Hollywood, FL 33024 | PE 77142 | CGC 1514512 | CCC 1328768 305.773.7973 | projects@gdbuildingsolutions.com | gdbuildingsolutions.com June 10, 2020 To: St Lucie County Building Department Att: To Williams Durden Re: Interior Concrete Stair Acqua Vista Lot 9 4500 N A1A, Fort Pierce, FL 34949 Permit #: 1905-0274 I hereby attest that to the best of my knowledge, belief and professional judgment that the new concrete stair and the structure elements supporting the stair have been designed in accordance with all applicable 2017 FBC standards and will comply with section R322 Flood-resistant Construction and Section 3109 Structures seaward of a Coastal Construction Control Line New Interior concrete stair is attached to non-frangible adjacent walls in all stair supports; only the first flight of the stair at the garage level has been designed as a frangible element, on frangible footing and with a frangible connection at first landing. Also this portion of the stair shall have four longitudinal saw-cut lines 2” depth from bottom of the slab as per detail in this letter.
