The waiver request is fora proposed DISTRICT 1 carport conversion located.at 125 SE Naranja Ave, Port St Lucie (PID 3419-540-0161-000 0). Pursuant to Section 7.04.01(C-3) of the St. Lucie County Land Development Code, the Planning SEAN MITCHELL and Development'Services'Director has the authority to grant administrative relief, when DISTRICT 2 topographical conditions are such that compliance with this subsection would be impracticable or cause grade level conditions detrimental to adjacent or nearby property, consistent with the intent of the Flood Protection regulations and any other applicable portion of this Code. LINDA BARTZ DISTRICT 3 The Planning and Development Services Director has granted your request for administrative relief of the finished floor elevation based onthe following determinations: FRANNIE 1. The proposed carport conversion is'located in flood zone X. HLITCHINSON DISTRICT 4 2. The elevation of the center line of adjacent road is 13.17' NAVD. HOWARD N TII'TDN COUNTY ADMINISTRATOR 3. The proposed carport top of the slab will be 13.90' which is .73' above the centerline of the adjacent road. DAN MCINTYRE 4. The finished floor elevation of the house is 14.7' NAVD which is 18" above the centerline COUNTY ATTORNEY of the adjacent road. MAILING ADDRESS 5.
