Scope of Work for 9600 S Ocean Drive Unit 1502, Jensen Beach, FL 34957
Demo
o Remove & dispose of existing cabinets, countertops, mirror, medicine cabinet, plumbing
fixtures (faucets, shower trim, toilet), Master Bath tile on dry floor, shower walls & wet
floor, existing shower enclosure, existing carpet in master bedroom/closets, existing
bypass closet doors, cultured marble tub and tub walls, removing existing pocket door
and frame @ toilet room and lowering toilet room wall to knee wall height.
PLUMBING – labor & materials:
o Cut & cap
o Re-plumb tub area for new shower
o Provide & install 2 standard chrome faucets, 1 standard chrome shower trim, 1 comfort
height white toilet
o Reconnect new plumbing
ELECTRICAL –
o Relocate and /or Terminate Switches & Outlets as Required
o Install customer- provided light fixtures at vanity
DRYWALL & FRAMING– labor & materials
o to repair drywall where disturbed
o remove popcorn from ceiling in master bedroom and master bathroom
o framing where needed per design
CLOSET DOORS
o Labor only to install doors is included ***new doors not included – need Customer-
approved selection
SHOWER GLASS
o Provide & Install (1) fixed panel of clear shower glass@ left side of new shower
PAINT – labor & materials
o Sherwin Williams ProMar 200 Flat paint, Single color on walls, Flat white on ceilings
FLOORING –
o Provide & Install 12x24 Tile in master bedroom floor, hallway, master bath floor and
shower walls.
