Energized Electric is pleased to guote on your new generator purchase & installation:
Energized Electric hereby agrees to furnish all labor and materials necessary for the completion of
services as specified below:
1) Supply and Install (I) 22,000 watt Generac generator model #7043 with Wi-Fi
enabled monitoring device
2) Supply and install ( 1) 200 amp service entrance rated automatic transfer switch
with (2) load sharing modules if needed
3) Supply preformed concrete slab
4) Deliver and set generator in place
5) Includes labor, battery for generator, materials, and permitting
6) Start up and test
7) Price includes 7 year extended warranty
8) Price includes Is' year silver maintenance
NOTE: Gas is quoted on a separate proposal (Gas work to be done by Thompson i Gas)
NOTE: Energized Electric is NOT responsible for grass that dies or landscaping that has to be
replaced for proper installation of conduits. If replacement of sod is reguested Energized
Electric will re lace install -up to 100 SO feet of sod for $395.00

Charges & Payments. Charges are due in full at time services are rendered unless otherwise stated below. Contractor may
charge and customer agrees to pay a late fee for all past due payments, such fees not to exceed the maximum allowed rate by
applicable law. Customer shall be responsible and agrees to pay for all charges billed, applicable taxes, ap' licable legal fees and
