Pursuant to your request, Florida Engineering & Testing, Inc., has performed rebound hammer
testing on April 26, 2018 at the above referenced site to verify the compressive strength of the in -
place concrete. Five (5) rebound hammer tests were performed in accordance with ASTM C-805,
"Standard Test Method for Rebound Number of Hardened Concrete" using a Schmidt Hammer,
Serial 4157845, Humboldt Model 4H-2975 that was last calibrated on December 15, 2017. Ten (10)
tests were performed at each location and averaged to determine the indicated compressive strength
of the in -place concrete. The following results were obtained:

Specific information about the in -place concrete is as follows: design (4,000 psi), specifications
(regular mix), and days of curing (more than 1 year). The ambient air temperature during our testing
was approximately 78' F. The concrete surface was trowel or form finished (smooth), dry and was
ground prior to our testing.
Florida Engineering & Testing, Inc. appreciates the opportunity to be of service to you at this phase
of your project. If you r}guiestions or comments, give us a call.
