Scone of Work with Asnhalt shinsle roof svstem,
Remove the existing roofcovering from the entire roofareas to wood deck and discard to local
county landfill.
Re-nail plywood sheeting utilizing 8-D Ring Shank nails in accordance with local codes.
Supply and install new 26 Gauge Mill linished Galvalume metal eave drip flashings and roof
valley area flashings in accordance with local codes.
Supply and install new lead vent flashings at all plumbing vens including the existing roofvents.
Supply and install one ply ofSelfAdhesive Peel & Stick shirgle underlayment in accordance
with local codes and manufactuer's recommendations.
Supply and install Owens Corning Dimensional asphalt shingles including all related metal
flashings for a complete roofsystem, in accordance with local codes and manufacturer's
recommendations.
Supply and instatl two plies ofSBS Modified Bitumen Poly-Glass roof system over the flat roof
afea.
Supply and install new Vert-Asure Ridge v€nting system in accorda.nce with State & local
roofing codes.
Replace rotten and/or damaged roofdecking (ifneeded) at the rate ofS3.00 per sq ft with all
labor included.
Replace rotten and./or damaged wood trusses (ifneeded) at the rate of$3.00 per linear ft with all
labor included.
Furnish 5 vear labor & material warranty from Dependable Roofrnq and lifetime limited
material warrantv from Owens Corning. Inc. uoon comoletion oflhe roofinslallation.
