To whom it may concern:
Please be advised that qualified personnel of Architectonic Inc. performed an onsite inspection a the
above referenced location to review the roof repair and have determined that the installation of the TPO,
tapered insulation and %" plywood over the holes (approximate sizes @ 24" dia. and 18" x 36") in the
metal deck fastened with # 12 SMS screws @ 6" o.c. meet with our approval as well as the requirements
of the 2017 Florida Building Code.
