The submitted roof detail by architectonic specify 24 Gage metal with a 12 inch lap not required for openings less than
24 inches. The submitted engineer's letter specifies the installation of TPO tapered insulation with three-quarter
plywood over the holes, the engineers letter also specifies openings approximately sized at 24" inches diameter and 18"
x 36". The engineered letter does not match the engineer's roof repair detail.
I'm going to issue the permit with re -submittal of the engineers documents to correct the information. And also require
final inspection to be performed.
