Comments:
Fire originated in fireplace. Wood framed walls around fireplace must be replaced along with fire box and
chimney. Damaged trusses will need to be replaced or repaired. All trusses not replaced will need to be certified
by structural engineer that they have not been compromised and are structurally sound. R&R all damaged drywall in
room in front of fireplace and in garage area. Electric wiring damaged will need to be R&R. Emergency repairs
to get home re -energized that was already done requires a permit to be pulled ASAP.
