WORK INSPECTED:
Unit 916 – Concrete demo / pre-pour inspection.
OBSERVATIONS:
• All loose concrete has been chipped and corroded reinforcing bars have been exposed.
• (3) #4 existing top reinforcing bars under the sliding glass door track are heavily corroded.
• The surface spall area is approximately 3’-6” x 4’-0”.
• (3) new #4 top bars x 4’-0” have been wire tied to the existing bars.
Repairs are in accordance with design documents and approved for concrete pour.
Concrete pour is scheduled for Thursday, July 3, 2020 @ 9am.
