LINDA BARTZ DISTRICT 3 The subject site is located within the CG, Commercial General Zoning District with a COM, Commercial land use designation. St. Lucie County Land Development Code (LDC) Section 7.04.01 (Table 7-10) requires a 20 ft. rear yard and 10 ft. side yard, or designated area to FRANNIE HUTCHINSON provide open space at grade between a building and the property lines of the lot on which the DISTRICT 4 building is located, unoccupied and unobstructed from the ground upward.
