Dear Steven and Mickey,
We are in receipt of your request for approval to convert your rear patio into a Sunroom.
The Architectural Control Committee is pleased to inform you that your request has
been approved. Please be sure that the company you have selected is aware that the
frames must match the original window trame color. Please note that wall air conditioner
units will not be allowed. Also, you must obtain the necessary permits from the County,
complying to the local codes for the above.
