The Lone Pine Architectural Review Board has reviewed your submittal and approved your request to
erect a 3 rail wooden fence constructed with 6"x6"pressure treated posts and 2"x8"pressure treated
horizontal rails with the following conditions. The fence shall not exceed a height of 48"and shall not
extend forward of the rear corners of the house. No portion of the fence shall extend into a
neighboring property or common area. It is understood that a portion of the fence is to be erected
within an existing drainage easement. In the event that service to the community's drainage system
must occur,the home owner shall be responsible for any and all costs associated with removal of the
fence.
No roofing, beams, latticework, wire mesh, or other material or structure shall be attached to or placed
upon the fence. The fence shall be regularly maintained to continue structural integrity,and/or to
provide a neat appearance and to preserve the aesthetic character of the neighborhood. The owner of
the property shall be solely responsible for fence maintenance.
