Giangrande Engineering and Planning, LLC, (GEP) has conducted periodic inspections during the
construction of this project and we are hereby certifying that this permit work has been completed in
accordance with the permit provisions. This statement is based upon the site observation of
construction conducted by representatives of our firm under my direct supervision. All reasonable
inspections, tests, and physical measurements have been made to determine that this permitted work
has been done in accordance with the provisions of the approved permit and applicable standards.
