TO A DIFFERENT TENANT SPACE OR IS A MEANS OF EGRESS. NO LIGHT, LIMITED VISIBILITY.
R3. AS PER FBC SECTION 505.2.3 EXCEPTIONS 1 THE EXISTING MEZZANINE IS IN COMPLIANCE WITH THE OPENNESS
REQUIREMENT. SEE SHEET GN FOR THE OCCUPANT LOAD ON MEZZANINE. THE EXISTING 90 MIN. RATED BLOCKED DOOR
ON THE MEZZANINE GOES INTO NEXT DOOR TENANT, WHICH IS WHY THE DOOR IS BLOCKED PERMANENTLY WITH NO
