The above referenced unit owned by Jay Thomas Phipps and occupied by himself and Lisa Andrews,
are both personally known to us in the Oceana Management Office. The unit was purchased by Mr.
Phipps on May 5, 2020.
The unit required renovation and the owner has hired a general contractor to pull permits and do
the work. The Association has approved the necessary renovations.
