To Whom It May Concern:
Our office has personally inspected the Polyglass Self -Adhered Roof System over base
sheet ( NOA# 17-1004.09 ) with 11ga. Annular ring shank nails w/ 15/8 tin caps at 8 o.c.
in a 4" lap and 8" o.c. in (3) equally spaced staggered rows in the center of the sheet over
19/32" CDX plywood sheathing w/ #8 sheet metal screws @ 4" o.c. perimeter and 6" o.c.
in the field over existing 2x4 aluminum members @ 24" o.c. at the above referenced
address and find that all work meets the FBC and FRC 2017, 6th Edition and our
engineering requirements and we recommend approval of same.
