A weather resist—t jobsite posting hoard shall be provided to receive
duplicate Tieatment Cenyicntec as each required protective Teatmenr is
completed, providing a copy for the person the poermit is iimed to and
another copyfor the building permit files. The Treatment Cerrfic'ate shall
provide the produce used, idenrity of the applicator, time and date of the
treatment. site location, area treated chenrical used, percent concentration
and number ofgallons used, to establish u verifahle record ofPmeective
treatment. Jf 1he soil chemwal barrier method far iernute prevention is used,
final exterior treatment shall be completed prior to final building approval.
St Lucie County requires for the final inspection for CO, a Permanent
Sticker to be plated on the electrical panel box cover, listing all the
treatments and dates of applications.
