PIERCE, FLORIDA ARCHITECT’S PROJECT #2019-13/2.0 DATE: MARCH 3, 2020 SCOPE OF WORK The Maintenance Building is a Single Story structure of 5,140 sq. ft. with a small 889 sq. ft. Mezzanine level. The First Floor consist of a Vehicle repair area, Break Room, Two (2) Offices and Men’s and Women’s Toilet Rooms. The Mezzanine level is for Storage and accessed by a straight flight of stairs. The purpose for the Building is to service/repair transport trucks that distribute Pre-engineered Wood Roof Trusses. The construction consists of Stucco finished CMU Walls, Concrete Slab-on-Grade, Pre-Engineered Wood Roof Trusses, CDX Plywood Sheathing, Peel and Stick Membrane and Galvanize Standing Seam Metal Roof Panels. The Office area will be air conditioned. Lighting/Power and Plumbing as required. However, the required separation per LSC is two (2) Hours.
