This letter shall serve as verification, in accordance with our agreement as to the extent of our
services in this regard, that the Vedzon Wireless antenna and equipment upgrade is substantially
complete and is in significant compliance with the permitted plans.
The site is located at 9901 Range Line Rd, Port St. Lucie, FL 34987
The new antennas have been installed at the permitted height. The existing antenna mounts
remain unchanged. The LTE radio cabinet has been installed.
