CBVR's scope of services did not include construction phase services nor the completion or review of an as -built survey and the accuracy of the information, which is based on the documentation described above, shall not be guaranteed. Furthermore, this statement shall not constitute approval of safety precautions or of any construction means, methods, techniques, sequences, or procedures.
