Hi Lugey, Per our call this afternoon, Angela Vassar, Plans Examiner for St. Lucie County, is in need of an authorization from FPUA in order to release our permit for some fencing that surrounds the dry retention pond on the Popeye's property. As I am unsure as to the details of this letter or for the exact reasoning for which Ms. Vassar requires this letter, I am copying her here in hopes that she can better explain to you what she needs. Angela, Lugey has been very helpful with our project and I'm hoping he can get you what you need! Thanks in advance to you both! Thankyou! FYI, the approved plans were not on the GM database; however, I know the lot is completely vacant (now), as I already issued a vegetation removal permit with their site development permit (from PW) for the removal of grass only, and also issued an ATF permit for the unauthorized removal of native trees.
