To Whom It May Concern:
Our office has personally inspected the Re -Roof w/ self -adhered cap sheet and self -
adhered base sheet (Polyglass USA FL# 1654.2) over existing 1.9/32" cdx plywood
sheathing w/ 8d ring shank nails @ 4" o.c. perimeter and 6" o.c. in the field and the metal
drip edge w/ 8d ringshank nails @ 4" o.c. at the above referenced address and find that
all work meets the FBC and FRC 2017, 6th Edition and our engineering requirements, and
we recommend approval of same.
