HomeMy WebLinkAboutDianmond sands, correction job descriptionAttachment to Permit number 2005-0306 To the St. Lucie County Planning & Zoning Members: After an onsite meeting with Kori Benson, and Grant Chambers, on Friday, July 10th to review the concerns that the County had with the original permit application; the HOA decided to move forward with the project in a 2 phase approach. The first phase that is reflected on the revised building permit form, reflects the use of a virtual guard system only. The arm barrier gates, and the concrete pad are eliminated from this phase. The second phase which will require a site plan modification, will be submitted at a future date; and will include the arm barrier gates, and concrete pad. This phase is NOT being addressed at this time. However, because phase 2 will require additional electrical conduit, we are including all the necessary underground mechanicals to be included in phase 1 of this project. Being proactive and planning for the future to include the required electrical now, eliminates the need to remove and replace pavers when we begin the phase 2 project. The electrical plan that was submitted in the original building permit application remains the same; with NO modifications. As President of the Board, I am asking for your approval for us to move forward with the Phase 1 component of this security project. Please see attached drawings that have been revised, to eliminate the arm barrier gates. I look forward to hearing from you soon.
