For your review Jacques Registe has provided the following documentation for the
repair of the referenced property.
• Revised Signed and Sealed Repair Plans
Please review the attached documentation and give me call if you have any questions
at (850) 544-1402.
Reason for revised plans:
The original plans were based on complete or more than 50% of floor plan replacement.
However, during the repair, I discovered that only 10 to 14% of the floor plan was
modified due a toilet leak. 4 - 2x8 joists and 4 sheets of plywood were replaced as can
testify by Ms. Wanda Gahn during her first inspection of the work. Please review and let
me know.
