We, the undersigned, hereby acknowledge that First Intemational Title, Inc. is the dosing agent for
the the above -captioned property (the "Property").
For and in consideration of First Intemational Title, Inc.'s agreement to close the transaction involving the
Property, and for other good and valuable consideration, the receipt and sufficiency of which are hereby
acknowledged, the undersigned hereby release, indemnify and hold harmless First Intemational Title,
Inc., its successors past, present and future officers, directors, employees and agents, from any and all
liability and cause(s) of action relating to, around, out of and In connection with the following:
