DISTANCE IS MEASURED ALONG PERPENDICULAR TO THE SIDE LOT LINES. IF THE SIDE LOT LINES ARE
NOT PARALLEL, THIS DISTANCE IS MEASURED ALONG A LINE DRAWN SUCH THAT ITS INTERSECTIONS
WITH THE SIDE, LOT LINES FORM EQUAL ANGLES.

PROPOSED HOUSE SHOULD START AT LOT WIDTH OF 150'. THE SURVEYOR WILL NEED TO INDICATE THE
LOT WIDTH WITH THE EQUALANGLES TO THE PROPERTY LINE. AS FAR AS WE CAN SEE THE HOUSE WILL
NEED TO MOVE TO THE REAR TO MEET LOT WIDTH OR AN APPROVED VARIANCE FOR LOT WIDTH WILL
NEED TO BE APPROVED THRU THE PLANNING DEPARTMENT.

PLEASE BE AWARE THAT WE WERE NOT ABLE TO COMPLETE THE ZONING REVIEW DUE TO MISSING
INFORMATION, CONFLICTING INFORMATION, NOT MEETING THE ZONING REQUIREMENTS AND MISSING OF

APPROVED WAIVERS. THE BUILDING PLANS WILL PROCEED THROUGH THE REVIEW PROCESS.
HOWEVER, THE PERMIT WILL NOT BE ISSUED UNTIL ALL WAIVERS ARE APPROVED AND ZONING HAS
BEEN ABLE TO FINALIZE THE REVIEW. PLEASE BE AWARE THAT ADDITIONAL COMMENTS FROM
DIFFERENT DEPARTMENTS MIGHT BE APPLICABLE.
